This was taken in a Walgreen's in Houston, Texas a few days ago. No, I didn't buy any. Yes, it says "Color Rubs off of Skin!" And that is indeed an indeterminate-race kid on the box, indicating fun for all.

Is this a race issue or what?
I'd say no, it would be a stretch, but obviously it made me think. It reminds me of other imagery and presentations that are race issues.
